    A WORD ABOUT BREATHING

    In Restorative Yoga, mainly breathe gently and naturally.  If it is comfortable for you, inhale and exhale through your nose.  Keep your breath soft, quiet and relaxed 

    Remember to use your breath to bring your awareness back to the present.

    YOGA IS ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL PRACTICE.

    ENJOY THE QUIET.  ENJOY THE STILLNESS.
